Debra Ann Berggren

Debra Ann Berggren, born in Yuma, Arizona in 1955 to Georgia West and James Leggitt, passed away at her home on February 27, 2024.  She wore many hats throughout her life, having worked as a trucker dispatcher, bookkeeper and also worked in the Rubbermaid and Tupperware shipping department.

Described as someone with a witty and dry sense of humor, Debra was known for her warm heart and boundless energy. Her vibrant personality and down-to-earth nature endeared her to all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with her. Debra found joy in the simple pleasures of life, particularly when trying her luck at the casino—a favorite pastime she indulged in.

She is preceded in death by her parents, along with her beloved husband Mark Berggren and her brother. To those who continue to navigate the journey of life without her physical presence, including her sweetheart of 5 years Gary Worz Sr., Gary's family that she loved like her own, children Timothy Worz, Rebecca Phillips, Gary Worz Jr., William Worz, Diane Kinney, grandchildren Preston Jr., Austin, Brett, Cody, Devin, Mikayla, Brayden, Logan, Parker and Joseph.  Among the surviving family is also 1 great-grandchild Atlas and her nephews Joshua Leiler and Jake Leileras well as numerous friends she made along the way.

Cremation was selected and a private service will be held at a later time.
