George Perry Curtis, known affectionately as Perry Curtis, was born on October 3, 1958, in Bitburg, Germany. He passed away on February 29, 2024, in Edinburg, Texas.
Perry dedicated 40 years of his life to financial advising, making a significant impact as a Financial Advisor at Fulfillment Wealth Management. Throughout his career, he was known for his hard work, sound counsel, and unwavering commitment to his clients.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Perry enjoyed a variety of hobbies and interests. He was a talented harmonica player, found joy in painting and handiwork, excelled at renovating cars, and had a passion for ranching. His diverse interests reflected his vibrant personality - funny, the life of the party, and always ready to lend a listening ear.
In his personal life, Perry was surrounded by loved ones who meant the world to him. He is survived by his beloved wife, Ana Curtis; children, Charlie Curtis (with wife Brianne Curtis), Nicole van Liempd (and her husband Dennis van Liempd), Dalton Curtis, Sean Curtis; as well as grandchildren, Aaron Curtis, Andrew Curtis, Allison Curtis, Rachel van Liempd and Miryam van Liempd; his father Charles Glenn Curtis and mother-in-law Delia Biret, He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Morse Curtis.
Perry's presence brought light and laughter to all those around him. His legacy as a dedicated financial advisor and a cherished family member will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him. George Perry Curtis will be dearly missed but never forgotten. May he rest in peace.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday March 6, 2024 at the Monte Vista Cemetery, in Monte Vista, Colorado.
